Getting Started

  • 1.Create your account by clicking "Create Account" on the homepage.
  • 2.Verify your email address to activate your account.
  • 3.Complete your profile by adding your name and details.
  • 4.Explore the home feed to see posts from the community.

Creating a Post

  • 1.Click the "Add Post" button at the top of the feed.
  • 2.Write a meaningful title for your post.
  • 3.Add your content — share a testimony, prayer request, or encouragement.
  • 4.Select the appropriate category for your post.
  • 5.Add relevant tags to help others discover your content.
  • 6.Optionally, attach an event date if your post is about an upcoming gathering.
  • 7.Click "Submit" to publish your post to the community.

Managing Your Posts

  • 1.Find your post in the home feed or your profile.
  • 2.Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on your post.
  • 3.Select "Edit" to modify your post content.
  • 4.Select "Delete" to permanently remove your post.
  • 5.Note: Deleted posts cannot be recovered.

Church Check-In

  • 1.Click the floating "Check In" button on the home page.
  • 2.Allow location access so Faith ASC can find churches near you.
  • 3.Browse the list of churches within 30 meters of your location.
  • 4.Click "Check In" on a church to record your visit.
  • 5.If the church isn't registered to you yet, confirm "Register & Check In" to claim it.
  • 6.Earn 10 points per church per week — ascend in the ranking leaderboard!
  • 7.View your points, visits, and medal rank in the Dashboard.

Dashboard & Ranking

  • 1.Open the Dashboard from the sidebar menu.
  • 2.View your total points, check-in count, and current medal rank.
  • 3.Accumulate points by checking in at churches each week.
  • 4.Earn medals as you reach higher point milestones.
  • 5.Check in at different churches to maximize your weekly points.

Using Favorites

  • 1.Click the star icon on any post to add it to your favorites.
  • 2.Access all your favorited posts from the "Favorites" section in the sidebar.
  • 3.Click the star again on a favorited post to remove it from your list.

Engaging with the Community

  • 1.Click the thumbs-up icon to like a post you appreciate.
  • 2.Click the comment icon to join the discussion.
  • 3.Use tags and categories to discover content that interests you.
  • 4.Filter posts by "Events" or by province to find local gatherings.
  • 5.Be respectful and encouraging in all interactions.

Privacy Settings

  • 1.Go to Settings from the sidebar menu or your profile.
  • 2.Under the "Privacy" tab, toggle "Hide My Profile" to make your profile invisible to others.
  • 3.Toggle "Hide My Posts" to keep your posts visible only to you.
  • 4.Your name and avatar may still appear on posts and comments even when hidden.

Account Settings

  • 1.Update your profile information from the settings page.
  • 2.Change your password periodically for security.
  • 3.Under the "Account" tab in Settings, you can schedule account deletion.
  • 4.When you delete your account, your data is hidden immediately and a recovery email is sent.
  • 5.You have 30 days to recover your account before permanent deletion.
  • 6.To recover, click the link in the recovery email or use the Recover Account page.
